Quick Diagnostic
Run a full automated diagnostic suite to evaluate device condition quickly. Includes battery health and capacity checks, display tests for dead pixels and touch responsiveness, sensors inspection (accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, ambient light), camera functional checks, speaker and microphone tests, and connectivity diagnostics (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth). Results are presented with a detailed scorecard and descriptions to help staff identify issues and calculate a transparent trade‑in value.
In‑store Flow
Store staff verify diagnostic results, record physical condition (scratches, frame damage, missing accessories), and capture photos. The system generates a provisional quote, creates a sales order, and saves device history. The optimized workflow reduces processing time and ensures clear transaction records.
Marketplace
Confirmed devices are posted to the partner bidding platform where vendors submit offers. The system displays bid history and comparisons. Customers or store staff accept the preferred offer; the platform supports e‑contracts, on‑site payments, and immediate invoicing.
